NEW: Presenters’ Guidelines

Instructions for Final Paper Submission

• Overall revision of your paper, taking into account the suggestions of the reviewers
• Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision before creating the PDFs.

Creating IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDFs

Authors are required to check their papers with IEEE PDF eXpress at the link below before uploading their final papers. All PDFs to be included in IEEE Xplore® (e.g. title page, copyright page, author index, etc.) should be validated through PDF eXpress for Xplore compatibility. Failure to do so will prevent your paper to be published by IEEE Xplore.

IMPORTANT: Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. This includes headers, page numbers, copyright notice, watermarks, etc. If any of these elements are desired, they should be added to the document before a PDF is created.

IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

* For documents created in formats that do not embed source files, include all support files with the final manuscript in a folder. Put this folder in a compressed archive for submission. If it is possible to embed images in the source document, you should do so to avoid potential issues, such as missing graphics.
